The Career Coaching Workshop is designed to successfully prepare military women leaders and military spouse for career transition.  Workshops, keynotes, and panel discussions  provide techniques and tools for participants to optimize talents and accelerate career options that align with professional purpose, goals and opportunities.

CAREER COACHING WORKSHOP AND OFFICER WOMEN LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM (OWLS)

Hosted at George Mason University with a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person.

  • 2 April, 2025 9:00-5:00pm: Professional development workshops, opportunities to network with top-caliber, military friendly employers and resources that assist military women in advancing their career goals and/or making successful career transitions after their military service.
  • 2 April, 2025 5:00-6:30pm: Evening Reception (Career Workshop and OWLS attendees are invited to attend.)
  • 3 April, 2025 9:00-5:30pm: Officer Women Leadership Symposium (OWLS)

Military officer and senior enlisted women in various stages of career transition, as well as veteran women and degreed military spouses who are considering a career change or interested in improving their career success, are encouraged to attend.
